HHG handles your personal information securely and in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations. This personal information includes, however is not limited to; information provided during the reservation process, applying for a job, working for a supplier, interactions via social media, phone conversations, business card provisions, online subscription to our newsletter etc.

The personal information gathered is often for the purpose of providing requested services, amenities and provisions, such as accommodation at a HHG property.  HHG may use the information collected for our marketing and promotional efforts, to improve our content and service offerings, and customise our site’s content, in-house services and for other lawful purposes. 

Your personal information is processed on our computers based in Australia. However, the nature of data storage and technology changes mean that your personal data may be stored on a secure server located overseas. To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, there are procedures in place to accommodate and safeguard your personal information including appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.

You may request access to the personal information collected and maintained on the database, as well as request modifications to the information gathered by calling us directly.

  • in the event of the sale or acquisition of HHG
  • to provide you with services and amenities that have been specifically requested where companies or businesses providing services to HHG require that information (e.g. credit card companies)

This privacy policy is subject to change and updates without warning or notice, and will be updated across the HHG and individual property websites. HHG will not make changes on the use of personal information without consent, as per local and federal laws.
